Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Free shipping for orders ₹500 and above. Orders below ₹500: ₹50 shipping fee.
• Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons or courier delays.

Order Tracking

• You will receive a WhatsApp / Email confirmation with shipment details once your order is dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• BRUCEE is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit beyond our courier partner’s liability.
• Contact us at support@brucee.in immediately—we will assist with replacement or refund as per courier claim.
