Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
  • Refunds or exchanges are only applicable for issues caused by BRUCEE, such as:
    • Defective product
    • Damaged product during shipping
  • Refunds/exchanges will not be processed for customer errors, e.g.:
    • Wrong size chosen
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect color preference
  • Proof is required (photo/video of defect/damage) for all company-responsibility claims.

How to Return / Exchange

  1. Email support@brucee.in with your order number, issue details, and proof of defect/damage.
  2. Our team will provide return/exchange instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI/Prepaid). For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective/damaged items (subject to stock availability).
  • Contact us first before sending items for exchange.

Charges

  • Shipping charges for returns/exchanges may be applicable depending on circumstances.
