Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

Refunds or exchanges are only applicable for issues caused by BRUCEE, such as:
- Defective product
- Damaged product during shipping

Refunds/exchanges will not be processed for customer errors, e.g.:
- Wrong size chosen
- Change of mind
- Incorrect color preference
- Proof is required (photo/video of defect/damage) for all company-responsibility claims.
How to Return / Exchange
- Email support@brucee.in with your order number, issue details, and proof of defect/damage.
- Our team will provide return/exchange instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI/Prepaid). For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective/damaged items (subject to stock availability).
- Contact us first before sending items for exchange.
Charges
- Shipping charges for returns/exchanges may be applicable depending on circumstances.
