  • We accept Manual UPI payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Payment for COD is collected at the time of delivery.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment verification (for UPI) or confirmation via WhatsApp (for COD).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates (3–7 business days) and may vary due to courier delays.
  • Additional charges may be applicable for remote locations or express shipping.
  • BRUCEE is not liable for delays caused by courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged products caused by BRUCEE.
  • Proof (photo/video) is required before processing any refund or exchange.
  • Customer errors (wrong size, color, change of mind) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Shipping charges for returns/exchanges may be applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, and brand names are owned by BRUCEE.
  • Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

7. Privacy

  • We collect customer information (email, phone, shipping address) for order processing and support.
  • Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • BRUCEE is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased, except as required by Indian law.
